I had a trailer full of branches and brush that I needed to dispose of. There seems to be a lack of information on how this place works, so I'll try to explain it best I can. When you arrive, you pull up onto a large scale. They take a credit card, which they hold until you are weighed again on the way out. They charge $50 for up to one ton, which seems reasonable. Once you've weighed in, you drive around to a large dumping area with 5 areas to unload. It was paved and well maintained the entire way. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. She had brooms, shovels, etc to keep the area as clean as possible. Once I had offloaded the yard waste, I drove around to the exit scale, paid the fee, and my credit card was returned to me. The entire process on a Monday morning took about 15 minutes. I didn't have to wait for anything. Hope this helps anyone curious about how this place works. I was very satisfied.

Just bring your current or prior month water bill for your Collin County home; they punch a hole in the bill and you take a short drive to the edge of the pit (off to your left when at the weigh station / entrance) Beats either of the 2-3 Plano area ones - where lines of commercial trucks and trailers sometimes stretch down the road!

Went to dump a junk boat that I had and told them I wanted to keep the trailer. They used the bucket of the bulldozer to "pull" it off, but instead proceeded to lift the boat in the air and drop it 6 times back on to my trailer. Now the rails are bent, rollers are bent, frame is bent. Trailer's useless now. Thanks.

Thankful we found this great company. Awesome communication, always come through if I need to adjust days or times and my yard is always left clean and smelling great. With owning three large dogs this company has been a life saver, especially in the summer months!

Kids won’t do it, even for money. I have so little time to do it. 2 large dogs make the backyard not enjoyable. Found Chris and the service he provides as a great option. Yard hadn’t been picked up for a few months. He came in and took care of the mess no problem. He does an absolute amazing job!

These guys are great! They text when they're on the way so I can get the dogs in the house. They text and send a photo of the closed gate when they leave. They do a great job cleaning and sanitizing my yard. And my aching back has one less reason to ache!! Highly recommend!

Just like other reviewers, Roger needs to get some help before he kills someone. I sent this report today: Today I was on the service road in Howe heading north from the town on the east side. I slowed at the yield sign for a truck coming off of the highway and let him pass, checked for no one else coming and went through the yield sign. After I went through the yield sign and was past the intersection, a truck started exiting the off ramp back at the highway. It is a very long off ramp and I had already passed the intersection before he exited the highway. I was up the service road almost to the Hwy 5 stop sign when I saw him driving recklessly fast and he almost hit me, coming an inch within my bumper with some sort of road rage. This is very unsafe and reckless driving especially having road rage. It does not represent your company very well and I felt it definitely needed reporting. I normally have a child with me. I would like to see the dashcam of the prior reviewer who also experienced Roger H. Smith's road rage while in his company truck. In my case, while driving on the service road in Howe, heading north on the east side of town, I encountered an alarming situation involving a driver from Enviro Logix Industries. I had already passed through a yield sign and was well past the intersection when a truck exited the highway off-ramp back at the highway. The off-ramp is quite long, and I had already cleared the intersection before this vehicle even entered the off ramp. Shortly after, I noticed the driver approaching at an excessive speed. They came dangerously close to my bumper—within an inch—displaying reckless driving behavior that appeared to be road rage. This level of aggression and unsafe driving is extremely concerning, especially considering that I often have a child with me in the vehicle. A situation like this could have resulted in a serious accident with potentially severe injuries. I urge Enviro Logix Industries (Roger H. Smith) to address this matter, as this driver's actions do not reflect well on the company’s professionalism or commitment to public safety. Ensuring that employees adhere to safe driving practices is critical, not only for public safety but also for maintaining the company’s reputation. I hope this issue is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to prevent future incidents.

If their work is like the driving of truck M 40034 today on highway 75, would not recommend. Almost caused a severe accident. And have dashcam video to confirm.

Extremely cruel hearted bill collectors work here. I told them my father passed and I need help with a payment arrangement bc my bill was 3x the amount it should have been. They continued to insult by inability to pay as I was already completely in tears.

To solve the problem of the $11 online fee, you can pay $1200 in cash to credit your account, so you never have to bother about it each month. They will waive 1 time late fee per calendar year for you. Don't forget to pay your water bills on time.

If I could give negative stars I would. It’s ridiculous I have to pay $11 additional if I want to pay my water bill online. Was told if we use zelle it’s a physical check mailed to the city so make payment a week early so it’s not late. Guess I’ll have to order more checks.

Fantastic experience working with Derrick’s Disposal. Their pricing was affordable and competitive, but what really sets them apart is how easy it was to communicate and schedule a service. AMAZING work! Derrick arrived on time with the dumpster, the gentleman loaded everything very quickly & it was hauled away extremely fast! The gentleman working wouldn't even let me or my wife help them out they were so nice to us! Can't recommend them enough!

Derrick's Disposal went over and beyond. Good customer service is hard for come by however, Derrick had GREAT customer service. He was manurable and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He pays attention to detail and is an amazing listener. He has awesome communication skills and is very timely. Derrick's Disposal is 100% the best/only choice when it comes to disposal.

I feel like any gas station does a better job and cheaper. They didn’t even do a quick power wash which would have probably gotten more of the dirt off. Now, I need to wash it again!

My car was very dirty after getting stuck in mud and Alex and Prayash made sure to spray everything down well to make sure I was satisfied before entering the wash. Car was clean after wash. Vacuums have good power.

Zach is the head of operations and he can explain anything i might need to know about the wash, bc he learned everything from the OGs in the managing field Prayash and Able hope they continue getting the business they deserve.
